Today Is A Day of Creation.....

Soup, soup and more soup. That is the goal of the day and I've called on the help of one of my fav cookbooks, "A year in my kitchen" by Skye Gyngell. My refrigerator is loaded with the bounty of fall: beets, leeks, and cauliflower, so I intend on making my list from Skye's book and begin the glorious process of chopping, simmering, adding, tasting, and eating!
