Salmon Alfredo

This was a nice simple dinner prepared with six small salmon fillets - 1/2 an inch thick. Simply season fish as you like, I used sesame seeds, lemon seasoning, and a little pepper. Then I pan fried slowly in some melted butter, on each side for about 1 minute a piece. Finally when just about finito, add about 1/2 cup of cream to the pan with at least 1/4 cup of fresh-is-a-must Parmesan into the fish and cream casserole. Once you simmer for a couple of minutes more, take the salmon from the pan, put it on a plate and decorate with parsley. Very lovely!
