I need to remember what I'm going to prepare on Saturday for a quaint Valentine's Dinner:
Beef Tenderloin Wellington Julia Child style, topped with wine mushrooms/pate
White asparagus, pinenut, feta cheese salad with organic greens and vinegrette
Orange and red onion romaine salad
Pastry Piped Gruyere Cheese Baked Mashed Potato
Tomato Onion Casserole
Artichoke and Asiago Bisque
Appetizers:
Olive oiled and pink salted radishes with olives
Baked Mussels
Passion Fruit flavored crab crostini (maybe add mozzerella/cream cheese-brush crostini with olive oil/garlic)
